1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using gobeyondprotocol.com (the "Website") or purchasing any product from Beyond Protocol, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you may not use the Website or place an order.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and a legal resident of the United States to purchase from Beyond Protocol. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet these requirements and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

3. Products & intended use

All products sold by Beyond Protocol are dietary supplements intended for personal, non-commercial use only. Resale, redistribution, or modification of our products without prior written consent is prohibited. We reserve the right to limit or refuse orders that appear to be placed for commercial resale purposes.

4. No medical advice

The information on this Website is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

We strongly recommend consulting a qualified healthcare provider before starting any new supplement, particularly if you are pregnant, nursing, taking prescription medications, or have a pre-existing medical condition. Individual results may vary.

5. Accuracy of information

We strive to ensure all product descriptions, pricing, and content on our Website are accurate. However, we do not guarantee that all information is error-free, complete, or current. We reserve the right to correct errors and to cancel orders placed based on inaccurate information, with a full refund to the original payment method.

6. Pricing & payment

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars. By submitting payment, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and that the billing information provided is accurate. You are responsible for any fees charged by your bank or card provider. If a payment is reversed or disputed, we reserve the right to invoice you directly for the outstanding amount.

7. Orders & acceptance

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase, not a confirmed sale. We reserve the right to accept, decline, or cancel any order at our discretion. If an order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method. We may require additional verification before processing certain orders.

8. Subscriptions & auto-renewal

Beyond Protocol offers optional recurring subscription plans. By enrolling in a subscription, you authorize us to charge your payment method automatically at the selected billing interval until you cancel.

  • Billing begins on the date of initial enrollment and repeats at the selected interval (e.g., monthly, bi-monthly).
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account or emailing support@gobeyondprotocol.com.
  • To avoid being charged for your next renewal, cancellations must be submitted at least 24 hours before your next scheduled billing date. If you cancel within 24 hours of a scheduled renewal, that renewal will be processed and no refund will be issued for that billing period. Your subscription will then not renew after that.
  • We will provide advance notice of any price changes to your subscription before they take effect.
  • If a payment fails, we may contact you for an updated payment method and retry the charge.

9. Shipping & delivery

We currently ship within the United States only. Delivery timeframes vary by location and carrier and are estimates only — we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates. You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Beyond Protocol is not liable for delays, lost packages, or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect address information. Contact us immediately after placing your order if changes are needed; we cannot guarantee modifications once an order has been submitted.

Carrier confirmation of delivery constitutes proof of delivery, regardless of whether a signature was required.

10. Returns & refunds

We offer a 30-day satisfaction window from the date of delivery. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us at support@gobeyondprotocol.com within 30 days to initiate a return or refund request.

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return.
  • Opened or partially used products are generally not eligible for return, except in cases of defect or incorrect shipment.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or we made an error.
  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the return.
  • Defective or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange return shipping and provide a replacement or full refund.

11. Intellectual property

All content on this Website — including text, images, logos, product names, and design — is the property of RS Digital Dept Limited (DBA Beyond Protocol) or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Website and all products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Beyond Protocol does not warrant that products or information will meet your expectations or be free of errors.

14. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RS Digital Dept Limited and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the Website or our products. Our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim, or USD $500, whichever is less.

15. Dispute resolution & arbitration

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our products shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing support@gobeyondprotocol.com within 30 days of your first purchase, stating your name, order number, and intent to opt out.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RS Digital Dept Limited, its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your use of our products, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

17. Testimonials & user content

By submitting a review, testimonial, photo, or any other content to us, you grant Beyond Protocol a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, and display that content in any format for marketing purposes. You represent that you own or have the right to submit such content and that it is accurate and not misleading.
