We currently ship within the United States only. All orders are processed and shipped from our fulfillment center within 1-2 business days of purchase.

Shipping rates

Shipping costs are calculated based on your order and delivery address and will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. We ship within the United States only.

Processing & delivery times

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after purchase. Once shipped, standard delivery takes 7-10 business days depending on your location within the US. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only. Beyond Protocol cannot guarantee specific delivery dates and is not responsible for carrier delays outside of our control.

Order confirmation & tracking

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. When your order ships, you will receive a separate shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your order directly through the carrier's website or via our order tracking page.

Incorrect shipping address

You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. Beyond Protocol is not liable for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address. If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately at support@gobeyondprotocol.com. We will do our best to make corrections, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or shipped.

Delivery confirmation

Carrier confirmation of delivery constitutes proof of delivery, regardless of whether a signature was required. If your tracking information shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors or building management before contacting us. If the package cannot be located, contact us within 5 business days of the marked delivery date.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us at support@gobeyondprotocol.com with your order number and, where applicable, photos of the damage. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate. Damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
