We stand behind our products. If you have a genuine issue with your order, we want to make it right. Please read this policy carefully before submitting a request.

Order cancellations
You may cancel your order within 2 hours of purchase by contacting us at support@gobeyondprotocol.com. Once your order has been processed or shipped, cancellations are no longer possible and the standard return process applies.
Standard returns
We accept returns on unopened, unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return:
- Email support@gobeyondprotocol.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will review your request and provide a return authorization within 3 business days.
- Ship the item back using a trackable carrier. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Once received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Returns initiated after 30 days from delivery will not be accepted.
Money-back guarantee
If you have genuinely used Beyond Protocol as directed and feel it has not delivered results for you, you may submit a money-back guarantee request. Please note: submitting a request does not guarantee a refund. All claims are reviewed and approved at the sole discretion of Beyond Protocol. We assess each case individually based on the information provided.
To be considered for a money-back guarantee, the following conditions must be met:
- Your request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
- You must provide a clear and valid reason explaining why the product did not work for you, based on consistent use as directed on the label.
- Requests based on a change of mind, dislike of taste, or buyer's remorse do not qualify.
- Limit of one money-back guarantee claim per customer, per household.
- Submitting a false or exaggerated claim will result in your request being denied.
Defective or incorrect items
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@gobeyondprotocol.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping if required.
Items not eligible for return or refund
- Orders returned after 30 days from delivery.
- Opened products where no valid reason is provided.
- Products that show signs of misuse or tampering.
- Items purchased through unauthorized third-party resellers.
- Subscription charges where cancellation was not submitted at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
Refund processing
Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.
Lost or undelivered packages
If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact us at support@gobeyondprotocol.com. We will open an investigation with the carrier on your behalf. If the package is confirmed lost, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion. Beyond Protocol is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
