Return Policy – Beyond Protocol

At Beyond Protocol, we want both you and your dog to be happy with every purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return your item within 60 days of receiving it.

Conditions for Returns:

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Returns that show signs of use or damage may be declined.
